Plugins "Born on" date

  • A minor suggestion, not for the WP codex, but for the website:

    Plugins have a “last updated” field to let us know if the plugin is fresh. That’s great. But there’s nothing to tell us if the plugin is an old standard or a flash in the pan.

    A field showing when a plugin was accepted to the official WP list would be very helpful. A plugin that has a 15-year history with a month-old update is far more appealing than one that was updated yesterday and created the day before.
