Can you please tell me what happens when you click on “Test Connection” in the settings? If it says not successful, please make sure you have the correct credentials.

It could be a API permission issue on Marketo end even if the connection was successful.

Here are the exact permissions you require:

    • Read Write Activity
    • Read-Write Assets
    • Read-Write Custom Object
    • Read-Write Lead

Please let us know if that works for you.

When I test the connection, it says successful. I checked the permissions and I have all of the ones listed above check set under API access, along with the others within API access. When I click the sync fields button, it tells me 136 fields have been synced, still not seeing any fields to use when creating a form. I followed the steps that the plugin links to here https://developers.marketo.com/documentation/rest/custom-service/.

If you have access to the database, can you make sure the table [wp]_msync_field_list is populated and you can see the fields from Marketo?

    Hi Sam,

I get the same thing, i did followed all the steps and when trying to add a new form there are no fields to choose from.

    Any guidance on this matter?

    Hi Sam,

I have exact same issue as above. Fields are synced, all permissions sorted, etc.

Where do I access the database, to see the table [wp]_msync_field_list is populated?

Is this in Marketo or in WordPress?

Looks to be a great plugin if we can get it functional.

    Thanks Tim

Hi everyone, please update your plugin. You should be able to see the fields in the form builder now.

I posted this 6 months ago. It took a month for you to reply to me, and now, 6 months later you just updated it to fix the issue?? I understand people being busy, however, if you create a plugin and distribute it, you need to be on top of support…
