Total Cache: combined js and css file have no expiry date

    I use Total Cache to minify css and js files. They are also combined to reduce the number of http requests.

    However the resulting files do not have cache expiration date, which is a major issue for my website peformance.

    In the Browser Cache section, I’ve checked all checkboxes under CSS & JS and I set the Expire lifetime to 1209600 seconds.
    Cache Control policy is set to cache with max-age and validation.

    I have no idea what else to do to fix this issue. Any idea ?
