Blog Post not showing up at all

I just started working on this mobile website and this was originally created (not fully) by someone else. None of the blog post are being linked to from the excerpt page.
https://www.m.gerberslaw.com/publicationsWhen I go into the blog post edit page I can see that it is published. When I go to preview post it brings me back to the home page.
