under-construction.php is not found by the plugin, but is in theme folder !

  • I see:
    Added the ability to bundle an under-construction.php file with your theme and have the plugin use that

    However, even if I used this functionality in the past,
    it’s not working anymore.

    For some reason, even if active theme have a under-construction.php file inside, the radio box in your plugin is greyed.

    Is there some hook I have to add into functions.php to make “default under construction page” work ?

    I don’t remember the theme now,
    but can you explanate me the requisites for that button to appear ?

    Is there some hook / function to add in functions.php ?

    in case of a child theme, the plugin doesn’t work as expected
    you need to change the get_template_directory() by get_stylesheet_directory()
    as explained in the forum
