Formidable Pro integration issue

I’ve been following the very detailed youtube video on how to integrate File Away with Formidable Pro – but I’m afraid it’s not idiot proof enough for me & I’m hoping you can tell me where I’m going wrong?

Firstly – I’ve created a private page and used the Formidable button to create this shortcode to display the view I need:

For the sake of testing and support I’ve made this page temporarily visible to the public here – and you can see my issue – the page is blank: suspendedcoffees.com/9819-2/

My “View” is kinda complex – about 1500 entries each with 19 columns, so my before content area looks like this:
