Missing Visual Editor after update to WordPress 4.2.3

After reading other had issues prior to this update, it is probably the update had little to do wit the missing Visual Editor.

The solution was to disable all plug-ins. When I did this, the Visual Editor reappeared. I then reinstalled one plug-in at a time until the Visual Editor disappear again. In my case the culprit was Contact Form Builder Version 1.0.26. You’re situation may be different, but suspect the problem is a plug-in so disable and re-enable one at a time.
