Customized Subscription To Categories

    I need a plugin that allows the users to subscribe in their favorite posts or categories. I have searched the whole web, but I have not found something that meets all the following needs:

    1- The user should be able to subscribe to the favorite categories, so to get informed of the latest posts via email.
    2- The user should be able to subscribe for the comments of the desired post.
    3- The user is able to define how frequently they want to receive the notification of the recent updates: immediately after publishing each post, daily digest, weekly, or monthly!

    Right now, Subscribe 2 allows the administrator to select the desired categories and frequency. The users can also decide which categories to subscribe in, but they can not define how frequently they want to receive emails.
