Hi,

I have Unite Gallery Lite installed as a Carousel (to display client logo images on the homepage).

Today the carousel has just disappeared – it has been working fine but now the images are not displaying although they show up fine in Preview.

Any advice appreciated.

Hi. The gallery is not on the page. I checked in view source. Please make sure that it’s on the page.

ok. cool. In that case you should go to troubleshooting and turn on option: “compress output”.

Sorry I don’t understand what you are asking me to do – where do I turn on option: compress output?

If your developers solved the issue then no need to do nothing from you.
But, if you have the same issue again, you can go to gallery settings -> troubleshooting section and turn on option: “compress output”.
