Getting site to appear on "My Sites" on new WordPress account

I made a website for my company under my personal WordPress account and I’m now changing jobs. I just made a new WordPress account for the company and I want the website to appear in the “My Sites” section so they can access the stats and everything. Basically I want to transfer the website between accounts. In the wp-admin I added that account as user with the role of administrator and they can log into wp-admin but it still doesn’t show up in My Sites in WordPress.

Am I missing something?
