Questions re Pro version

    We have questions about the pro version – is it just the same directory, plus also all the add-ons and support? Or is the directory plugin different? Is the Support option a special support beyond this support thread?

    I’m interested in 3 add-ons: Claim Listing, Advanced Search, and maybe Social Importer, which all add up to $80. If I only bought those, please explain the support difference between that or the $150 for everything.

    Lastly, it would be best if our practitioners could select multiple items from two different fields: Profession(s) and Specialties. It only looked like we can do that with one field (I think it was Tags, but I don’t have it in front of me).

    Hi,

    the core plugin doesn’t change, you simply install add-ons on top of it.

    If you buy them at full price you have lifetime support and updates. If you get the subscription you get all of our products but updates and support will end once the subscription expires.

    You can create as many custom fields as you want.

    Is the $150 considered the full price with lifetime support and updates? Or is it a subscription?

    Are the individual prices for the addons (for example $25 for Claim Listing), the full price or the subscription?

    You are welcome.

    $150 is the 12 month subscription, which includes all add-ons and themes. $25 is the full price of the claim listing add-on, which will give you lifetime support and updates.
