Using information about tortoisesvn for update wordpress repository's plugin ?

  • First time I was used TortoiseSVN for published my WordPress plugin in WordPress repository. Few days ago I was reinstall my computers operating system. Now I will want to update my plugin from WordPress repository. but I can’t understand how to use TortoiseSVN becuase the fist use and second time use not same. so anybody can help for this matter .
