    Hi there,

Can you provide me with a link to your site and also email the info you get from the “System Info” tab in our plugin? Go to “Donations > Settings” and then to the “System Info” tab and copy all that info and email it to [email protected]

We haven’t had any other users report this error at all, so this is very curious. If it is a bug, we’ll roll out a fix ASAP and happy to credit you in the changelog for alerting us. My hope though, is that there’s an easy configuration issue. Either way, I need more info to help you figure that out.

    Thanks!

I can do a video for you with everything in it and how this error appears I will provide the link soon, at this email.
I’ll send you a copy of the sys. info too.

    Best regards.

    Hi @kushtra24

We reached out to GoDaddy and have access to the same environment you have and we’re digging into the problem now. We should have a fix out soon. Thanks!

Thanks for reporting this and sending the video; the problem has been fixed on the GitHub version and will be released in 1.1 tomorrow. See: https://github.com/WebDevStudios/CMB2/issues/400 for details on how it’s been fixed.
