User registration, no password

I use the Angsuman’s Authenticated WordPress Plugin for my site where people have to register in order to view my site.

Many visitors seem to have problem getting their confirmation email with the password (Not everyone though!)
When I check, they are registered but they get no email. I ask them to check their spamfolder but nothing there.

Can anyone direct me to what the problem might be?
