Thumbnails are the same size as the pop-up

Hi,
I tried to find a similar topic, but wasn’t able to. I’m using a free version, lightbox-gallery view, and for some reason my thumbnails are the same size as the pop-up images. Is there a way to make the pop-ups larger, or I need to upgrade to pro version?
