Produces "bad" tags in non text Links

No, they are parts of the same page/post.

I’ve created them using Visual Composer: https://vc.wpbakery.com/

This software comes shipped with my theme (newspaper from themeforest).

Since this theme has many thousands of official downloads, i guess there must be a lot of people using it.

I checked the Visual Composer (VC) demo and i think this issue is related only to the VC.

Do you experience the same issue when you add a new link into a text block?

Yes I confirm the issue is only with the Visual Composer (VC).

When adding links in regular posts/pages, the links show fine. When adding links of any kind in a VC block, even text block, the links are “broken”

Do you think i should contact them instead?

If so what do you propose i ask them to change/fix?

Since VC is not free you should contact them.

I didn’t looked into it but the issue can be related with VC looking for only two attributes:

• href
• target (optional)
