    Hello,

    Sorry for the late answer, are you using any Ad Blocker browser extension? It’s not very likely, but it could mess up with popups.

    If so, try deactivating it and see if it works then.

    I’m getting the same.

    WP 4.2+ in Safari & Chrome on Mac Mavericks.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    Looks like it is some kind of compatibility issue. Could you please deactivate all plugins except Visualizer and check it again.

    I have the same problem, not using any ad blocker and I’ve tried deactivating all other WP plugins with no success.

    Creating charts in post works fine, but clicking the Edit button in Visualizer Library results in a blank pop up page.

    WordPress 4.3.1 on Chrome, Mac.
