Password reset not working…

I am running a multisite install, and I have iThemes Security activated from my Network Admin for the entire network.
I have the Hide Backend option enabled.
When I have a user forget their password, they click on “Lost your password?” on the login page. When they enter their email and click the “Get New Password” button, they get a 404 error on the page at https://www.mydomain.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.
And, they don’t get an email sent to them to click the link to do the password reset.
Thanks for any assistance you can send my way.
