WordPress Hub for multisite

Hello, I am looking for a solution that will allow me to have a website act as a main hub for the rest of my sites in a wordpress multisite setup.

Let’s say I have the following: blog1.domain.com, blog2.domain.com, bog3.domain.com

I would like to have all the latest posts from each blog show up under domain.com.

I was originally thinking a RSS feed puller but would love for it to show the posts on domain.com but when clicked, it will go to the original post on blog1.domain, etc.

Has anyone ever had to do something like this?
