No login/register link

I am using s2member to create a video tutorials site, so that members can sign up and purchase access to various videos. However, there is no login/register link in my menu and I can’t figure out how to add one. I’d like the option for new members to signup and existing members to login so they can access their purchases.

In my general settings I have enabled ‘Anyone can register’ but how do I actually add the login/register link to my menu?
