Contact Form Recommendation

Just look for it in your dashboard under plugins.

I just tried that contact form, and to be honest, it’s too complicated for me. It wants “private keys” and “public keys.” I tried to follow the instructions, but it’s not working.

I just want a really simple contact form that works. It seems like this shouldn’t be that hard of a thing.

Your email is probably configured incorrectly. Switching contact forms will likely not solve your issue.

Thanks for your suggestions. I think what this is telling me is that I am in over my head. I need to hire some teenagers for fix this for me. LOL!

Post the output of your Postman SMTP Diagnostic Test on the Postman SMTP support forums and I’ll try and help you out.

Jason, you’re very kind to try to help me, but I don’t even know what you just asked for.

In Settings > Postman SMTP there is a menu link called Diagnostic Test. When you select it a whole bunch of computer gobbledygook is shown. If you copy and paste that to a new thread here, I can try and help pinpoint where your mail setup is wrong.
