    @robertburgner – I’m not sure if you have resolved this or not.

    The problem is that your theme has components of Jigoshop built-in. You can disable this theme temporarily via FTP by changing the name of it. Afterwards, login to your Dashboard and update Jigoshop.

    Once the update is complete you can change the theme name back then go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and reapply it.

    If this still crashes your site then you would need to contact the theme developer.
