How do i change background and header colour of my website

Go to your dashboard, look on the left hand side and click on

Appearance

You will find header and background in there. and then you can click on colors and backgrounds and play with it that way.

I don’t know yet how to change the color of your title in your theme, i just posted that question. But i found you can change the color of your backrounds, and change your theme picture in those steps listed above.
