Site hacked – unwelcome searchbar above header

Hi,

Recently a client contacted me to let me know the site had been hacked. What she sees is different to me for some reason (perhaps different browser), but either way a search bar has appeared at the top. Check the site here.

If anybody can help me fix this I’d be really appreciative.
