ShiftThis and Cimy Swift SMTP

ShiftThis Swift SMTP has a strange problem (confirmed by looking at the code) that if you specify port 25 it ignores the host name and security setting specified and defaults to “localhost” and no security. This makes it unusable in a situation like mine where the host has disabled mail sending on “localhost” for security reasons, and asks me to use standard port 25 SMTP on a different server.

Cimy Swift SMTP does not have the same odd feature, and works for me.
