D&D Settings page not showing in Appearance Menu

Installed a fresh version o WordPress and fresh version of Drag & Drop Featured Image.
Noticing that drag & drop area only shows on Posts but no other custom post types. Was reading through forums and saw that CPT are enabled under settings D&D Setting under the Appearance item.
There is not settings page or menu item for Drag & Drop Featured Image. I can not find it anywhere.
