Go to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Images tab and change the crop mode for the logo to “Resize proportionally to fit entire image into the specified dimensions and add margins if required.” or “Resize proportionally adjusting the size of scaled image so there are no margins added.” That should resolbve the cropping as long as you have not used the image shortcode options to change the default logo size.

    Hope that helps!

Just tried setting that and it didn’t work. Whats weird is 98% of the images are fine.. its just a handful of them not cooperating.

I checked the short codes and none seem to define image sizes…

    any further suggestions?

I just pulled down a copy of the Blind-O-Corp logo and tested it on my dev site. It seems to be cropping just fine for me.

Try this… copy the image to your computer, save the image as (so a new image is created) and then reupload the image to the entry. This will cause Connections to purge the originally uploaded logo and use the new one.

Let me know if that solves it.

Followed the steps above and it didn’t work. Is a theme conflict possible?

Sorry, no, I do not think this is the case.

Can you please open a new support issue on my site? I can better assist you there.
