Ads are not displayed with shortcode or widget for groups

My ads appear when placed in the form of display [AdRotate banner = “3”], but when I use the shortcode for group display [AdRotate group = “1”] no ads in display. This also happens to use the php code. Use the 3.12.3 version and my WordPress 4.2.2
