• Every support ticket that you create is important to me and for that reason I encourage you to submit any support ticket on the GitHub page.

These are some of the reason why you should submit your ticket on GitHub:

    • Is not that your ticket here at the forum will be ignore, but it will take more time to answer you
    • Tracking of support ticket by topic and id that I make reference on the comments
    • Get fresher code. Either you can download the code with you bug fixed or download a pre-release version of the plugin.
    • Share screenshots of your issues. A picture can tell many words so your issue can be faster replicated. Also you can receive support enhance with a screenshot.
    • Markdown supported.
    • If you are an emoticon user you can use them at GitHub.
    • Better Tagging of you support.
    • Collaborate. Instead of saying, you can change this code for this one, You can submit a Pull request of your own changes and appear on the contributors list on GitHub.
    • And more…

I hope to hear from you on GitHub.

    Best Regards.

  • Hi
I went to github and I sent my issue, but I could not make heads or tails of github very well. For instance, it said “you have two unread notifications”, but as far as I searched, I could not find any notification. I did not receive any answer from you about my question (how to move the checkbox to above submit button). I finally found the answer myself, but I am suspecious maybe you have answered in github and I received no email notification about your answer.

    Thank you

Sorry about that, I totally missed that part. Yes, moving the checkbox above the submit buttons is something that I can work around, I am just finishing some other features and then will review the feature requests to start getting some of them live.
