Custom Permalinks not working

  • Hello,

    I really need some help with something that in the past has been really straightforward, but with this theme I am receiving a page error message each time.

    I need to be able to customize the permalinks, but when I use “Settings>Permalinks>post name” or “Settings>Permalinks>Custom Structure>/%category%/%postname%/” I get page errors on all pages except for the home page.

    This is the error message I receive once I try to edit my permalinks “404 Error File Not Found. The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”

    What I want the url to look like is: https://www.ggaxconsulting.com/services

    Please can you help me?
