PayPal Refund Failed

I have tested my PayPal API settings in the PayPal Sandbox successfully and have entered my API Credentials in the PayPal settings in WooCommerce. I am able to receive payment for my orders without any problem but every time I have to do a refund it fails (I get the “Refund Failed” popup but no explanation for why it failed). I have seen comments on other sites that indicate that I’m not the only one who has experienced this problem but so far I haven’t found a solution for it. Has anyone else here experienced this and resolved it? Thanks!
