Feature Image not working on new pages in Tempura theme

I am having trouble using the Set Featured Image when creating new pages in the Tempura theme. I have uploaded the correctly sized image to ‘set featured image’. Saved draft and preview. The featured image does not show up. I have tried all the different settings in “Appearance>Tempura Settings>Featured Image Settings. I want the Featured Image to appear below the navigation and above (not with) the content of the page. I do not want it to override the header. https://www.artoberwv.org
