Folders to optimize using Photo Gallery Plugin

I’m trying to optimize images uploaded into the Photo-Gallery Plugin, but I cannot seem to get it to work. I think I’m using the full path as your instructions say, but when I save the path disappears and when I go to run “Scan and Optimize” no new images are there.
Please assist.

and the sub folders I create for each gallery
