Blog disappearing

My blog worked fine yesterday afternoon.

Last night, I went to it and got a message saying I had not installed WP yet, and it said to try installing wp-insteall.php (I think that’s what it was called).

I left it overnight, and this morning, my blog is back but the last entry that’s showing is August. When I log in, I get the following message. Does it mean anything to anyone?? Please help!!
