    Please help I receiver the error only ond the server of mijndomein in the netherlands.
    – On local server I create a new website and create a dump with duplicator.
    – copy both files to the server. /public/sites/www.ps-testsite.nl
    – start installer.php
    – existing db with correct user and password.
    – servername isn’t localhost but db server: db.ps-testsite.nl
    I receive green flags to continue.
    Do update URL –> correct.

    After this I start the website and I got the welkome page of WordPress for creating a new website within 5 minutes: https://www.ps-testsite.nl/wp-admin/install.php

    On local server duplicatie and installer + zip file works correct.

    What is the cause of it, and how can I solve this.

    Regards, Paul

  • Hey Paul,

    Checkout this question on the FAQs page I believe it may help or provide some clues about this issue:
    -> Browse to: https://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq
    -> Find question: “The WordPress installer keeps showing up after I install.”

    Hope that helps!

    Issue solved problem was that the changed prefix, by plugin change prefix db, one letter was incorrectly interpreted by duplicator. Capital letter instead of lower case. When i changed this and some records in the table I could start the website and loggin to the dashboard.

    Glad you got it going… Thanks for the update.
