Change Job Listings Thumbnail from listings to featured image?

Hey Mike,

Guess this needs its own thread. Just wondering if I add a new custom field to the job form, and have a user upload a “job image” – how can I hook that into the job listings thumbnail (which is currently set to company profile avatar)?
