Home Page not showing anything

    Hello. I just installed Zerif Lite. I see other open support posts from users where the home page is not showing anything. I have reviewed the documentation at https://themeisle.com/documentation-zerif-lite. All I did was install and activate the theme, but the home page doesn’t show any of the big title, background image, or anything else that makes it look like the demo. I have a static front page selected, with full width template.
    I would love to use this theme for our portfolio, and show this and the pro version to our clients for their sites. But if this is difficult to set up, we may not be able to recommend it. Please help! Thank you!

    I already did that. I went through the entire document I linked to in my original post, where I loaded the logo (that’s the only thing it shows), the big title section, our focus, our team, etc.

    I can’t leave it like this for long because it’s a live site, but you can take a look here:

    I’m not the only one with this problem. Is this common if this is a site that already exists with pages and content, and maybe somehow it’s not using the right home page? Not sure what else to do.

    I just read in a different post (the ThemeIsle support forum) that you actually have to choose the “latest posts” for the front page displays settings in the Reading section. I never would have figured that out! Latest posts would go completely against the logic that this is a static page.

    I tried it in mine and now it shows.

    Hi there

    I was editing the bigtitle_php in editor trying to embed a video. I changed the last 2 lines of code. Now the front page/big title section does not display anymore. All that happens is the front page is continously loading. How do i change the code back to what it was?

    This error is while using zerif pro theme

    If you want to restore to your initial code, you can download the theme again and replace the file.
