Subscriber list missing

Can you let us know what you mean by the subscribers are gone? Are you referring to your MailChimp.com list? Please share more information and I’m sure if it’s something from our end we will try our best to assist you.

I have created a list for subscribers from wordpress i.e. my blog.

I just log in to my account and realise the previous list of subscribers cannot be found. And those remaining are those testing emails sent from my website.

Meaning I have created a list in my account. This list is for people who sign up for newsletter on my blog that is under wp.

Previously, I have no issue. But after upgrade, my list of subscribers initially capture from wp are gone.

And I have integrated this list with my website as well. So my blog and website subscribers will go to this list. So now what left in the list are those from my website but not from my blog (wp).

Do I understand correctly that your MailChimp list is suddenly empty? That sounds like an issue on MailChimp’s side, not in the plugin. What exactly did you “upgrade” before your list was emptied?

The plugin sends of “sign-up requests” to MailChimp.com, it does in no way remove previously subscribed people to your MailChimp list unless you’re using the MailChimp User Sync add-on. In that case, it will remove emails from users who have deregistered from your site from the selected MailChimp list. Could this be what’s happening?
