    I just purchased the Ares Pro and I thought it would be much better with a paid version and to tell you the truth, ITS EXACTLY THE SAME> Your videos dont help.
    I need to move things around and change size of font. What it looks like in the dashboard does not look like in the published version.
    I have MANY questions about this product.
    Wondering WHY I purchased something that I cant use. Should have stayed with free because it looks exactly the same way. I cant move anything around. Cant do anything. This has NOT HELPED>
    Please give me a support number
    These tickets are useless to me

    Hi there

    Upon getting the pro version, please upload it to your WordPress site, and activate it.

    Once activated, you will see all the theme options for the pro version, which are different than the free one. The pro version has many features that the free one doesn’t have, such as color customization, testimonials section, woocommerce support, ajax contact form, removing theme branding, slider customization and so on…

    The video for Ares Pro is also a good resource because it shows you how to install the pro version and activate it. If you are saying it’s exactly the same, please make sure you have correctly installed and activated the pro version by following the instructions in the video.

    We don’t have phone support, it’s just by opening tickets. Tell us what you need help with so we can help.

    It HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.
    I dont need ecommerce, color customization, or any of the things you mention.
    The fonts are not changing. It looks great in the dashboard but the published site is awful. The Fonts and things look great on the dashboard but the PUBLISHED version is not like the dashboard.

    I have a video on my home page that needs to be put in the middle of the site and not over to the left.
    I need something that will allow an easier customization of where things go on this site.
    Its all been done already. The activation and all.

    @smartcat, I was expecting you to provide a private support method that your customers can use. If you are not already aware, you are not allowed to support your commercial products here.

    @mich08212 could you please email us directly at [email protected] so we can continue with this ticket ? please send a quick email with a link to your site so we can take a look at the issues and resolve them.

    @andrew yes we have a private support method on the site for both free and commercial plugins. Sometimes tickets come here and we answer them as they come. the user will contact the email address and take it from there.

    I’m not sure how your going to get to the back end of the site to see the difference in what I’m talking about.
