Contextual post plugin for blog post, not sidebar

I am looking to have a contextual post plugin added to my site that I can install that would be added to the bottom of a post (if that’s possible). My theme doesn’t support a sidebar, but when my reader gets to the end of a post, I would like them directed to other posts that are of the same/similar topics. Any suggestions?
