ecommerce coupon condition not working

What plugin are you using for ecommerce?

Under products at the backend it lists coupons that’s where I activated

when I tried, its working as it should, I used these settings for creating the coupon

Thank you for your help.

The setting you posted are exactly the same as I have.

The discount works fine for all orders over $100, but if someone uses the same code when placing an order under $100 the total under $100 is also discounted.

Any other suggestion?

I’m unable to replicate the issue you are having
whenever I try to make the purchase below $100, it applies the coupon code but does not gives you the discount, whereas when the order is above $100 it gives me the discount. Here’s the screenshot for my purchase below $100

Even if the coupon is applied on your site, check the amount of discount you’re getting.
