CTA shortcodes not rendering

  • Hello, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps I know to debug this issue. Other shortcodes I’m using work, but there are two that I’m using with the CTA plugin for the CTA and inbound form that just shows the shortcode itself and WordPress does not render the actual CTA or form.

    I have tried disabling all plugins but the CTA plugin and also using the default TwentyFifteen theme. I also reinstalled WordPress from the repository.

    The plugin has a lot of nice features, it just isn’t working correctly. I checked the console and there are no javascript errors either.

    Let me know what else I can do to troubleshoot.
