User registration mails not sending

    Hello there,

    Yesterday I upgraded from 2.2.2 to 2.3
    Since that my users are not receiving any email when they register or click on the forgot password feature.

    But when a new user registers I do get an email that a new user has registered. The emails that someone has responded to your post are not being send either.
