Just purchased update how do I transfer gallery

  • Hello,

    I just purchased the Pro version and it looks like in order to update the plug-in I have to delete the “free version” one and then install the new “Pro” one.

    I have already did a lot of work of making portfolios on the free version. Is there anyway to transfer it over to Pro? I don’t want to lose all the work I have done already.

    Dear chrismedia, taking care of our clients we made it so, that you will not lose anything after deleting the free version. =)

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back to me! The instructions I saw for installing the update said something about:

    – unactivate current free update
    – delete huge-it plug in
    – then install the new pro version update (I usually do this by dragging and dropping the plug in zip file in WordPress.

    When I delete the huge-it plug in, won’t it delete all my portfolios along with it?

    Please let me know, I really don’t want to lose anything ??
