Linking to User's Social Media Profiles from BuddyPress Profile

Is there a way a user can display which social media profiles he/she would like to link to on their BuddyPress profile? Say a user links to their Google+, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts and wants to share their Twitter and Instagram accounts to the public. Is there a way to link to them?
