Patch to remove title, description/excerpt and button if no content

This adds functionality so that if one does not have a title, there is no title or code overlayed on the slide, and then the same for the description and then button.
I found I needed this, and css can’t help because the code was putting out content when I left title, description or button fields empty.
Applied against current 1.1.3 version with diff -u:
