I am an experienced wordpress programmer, just finishing a big course, and I want to create a database of all i have learned. Materials include diseases, plants, and other.

Is there a plugin that will enable me to define keywords and then color them in articles / posts and link them automatically to index pages whenever they appear in the text, so it will make like an index?
