Is Wordfence compatible with front end login plugins?

As far as I know, login security still works ass it is supposed to but I’ll leave this open to the community so they can answer too.

Works great with TML – BUT I do have issue with paid login (Paid Membership Pro) that is apparently due to Wordfence caching??
After returning from Paypal there is an error that the developers suggest excluding checkout pages from Wordfence cache.
(I am not clear how to do that?)
