Publication Date and Time on News Sitemap

My actual publication time is 04:12, however, the generated news sitemap
(https://www.hondurasnews.com/sitemap-news.xml), displays the Publication Date time stamp as 10:12. I am guessing this is the time the sitemap was generated? Regardless, is there a way to specify to use the actual publication time?
