Media library are not showing image

  • Hello

    I am using automotive theme. when i am activate this theme, in the media library the all images are not shown.and can’t upload any upload image. i have follow this step but i don’t get any solution

    The step are
    1 change the permission of uploads folder 755 or 777
    2 re install word press

    but now i have same problem.please help me. thanks in advance
